crypto: hash - Remove unused async iterators
Revert "crypto: hash - Add real ahash walk interface"
This reverts commit 191de21b4965ebe6aac5756677e174438f332770.
The callers of the functions in this commit were removed in db3efd133704
Remove these unused calls.
